1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Choosaro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Choosaro is an AI-powered decision-making tool that helps users compare options and receive recommendations. The Service analyzes user-provided text, images, or a combination of both to generate scores, reasoning, and recommendations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Choosaro offers Free, Plus, Pro, and Max plans. Paid plans are available in monthly or yearly terms and use a manual renewal system through our payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected term.

• Free plan includes limited monthly analyses at no cost.
• Subscription fees for paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically permitted in these Terms.
• Paid plans use a manual renewal system. Subscriptions do not auto-renew and you will not be charged automatically. You must manually purchase a new subscription period before your current plan expires to maintain uninterrupted access to paid plan features.
• If your subscription expires, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
• Addon usage credits are purchased separately and are non-refundable. Unused addon credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service for any automated scraping, data mining, or similar activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Choosaro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service.

By submitting content, you grant Choosaro a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your content for AI training purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

The recommendations and analyses provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as suggestions only. Choosaro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the Service's output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choosaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings > Security page in your dashboard. Upon termination, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed, and your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
